Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee surveys to ensure completion;
  • Process, complete and maintain all HR paperwork, employee records, and personnel actions for new hires, terminations and personnel changes in accordance with compliance laws and PRS' standards;
  • Handle all aspects of benefits enrollment, administration and reconciliation to include working with insurance carriers or brokers to resolve billing or benefits issues;
  • Coordinate, maintain and monitor internal clinical trainings for new and existing employees to include on-line training system (Relias Learning);
  • Process and maintain Performance Management program;
  • Participate in recruitment effort to include conducting reference checks; and
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and PRS' policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll experience a plus; non-profit experience preferred;
  • Effective interpersonal (oral and written) communication and customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy;
  • Strong attention to detail and organized;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, follow through, meet tight deadlines, and flexible;
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as part of a Team;
  • Experience working with staff at all levels of the organization; and
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry; familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
