Senior Program Manager (Government)

Senior Program Manager: Will manage future projects / task orders related to E-SITE II contract providing support (classified and unclassified) to Intelligence Community (IC) customers. Successful candidate to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization IAW ID/IQ contract and task order instructions supporting IC customers. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing to the specifications (terms and conditions) contained in contracts with AT&T (and developing and growing these programs / task orders to support the organization's and the customers's strategic direction. The successful candidate will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs / contracts and managing to those budgets.  Project Manager Responsibilities: Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Create and manage long-term goals. Develop a budget and operating plan for the program / task orders. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project / task order issues and decisions on services. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program / task order status throughout its life cycle. Analyze program / task order risks.  Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education: 1) Bachelor's Degree Required. Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management desired. 2) Minimum 10 years of work experience managing contracts supporting the US Federal Government. 5 years supporting an Intelligence Community contract or a former service member or government employee from the IC desired; 3) Skills: a) Proven experience in managing a government contract; b) Proven stakeholder management skills; c) Proven experience managing a team; d) Understanding of project / task order management.; e) Ability to mitigate risks, control costs and schedule variance; f) Provides expert guidance and direction to Government and vendor senior level technicians and managers. Required Clearance: The candidate must be a US Citizen. This position requires that the successful candidate have an active TS/SCI clearance with a minimum of CI polygraph, and candidates, once cleared, must be willing to adhere to the company's and government's clearance process. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
