Basic Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
Also requires 8
years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
All work must be performed within our GDMS facility located in Oakton, Virginia.

Experience:
Working with an experienced team of motivated engineers working in a supportive, collaborative environment Very flexible work hours A stable program in existence over 30 years A cutting-edge high-performance computing environment An Engineering matrix organization providing job security and mobility What you bring to the table:
Experience with software configuration management, change management, and software release management and tools Software scripting such as bash, python, or similar Experience working in a Linux software development environment Desire to improve the processes and tools of a development team Your duties will include:
Supporting and advancing the program's configuration management, change management, and DevOps environment Supporting day-to-day user support and maintenance of the configuration management environment Coordinating and performing software releases Maintaining/enhancing and further automating the software release process Salary Note:
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.
).

Combined Salary Range:
USD $129,500.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
