SUMMARY STATEMENT OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer, the Regional Director of Community Support Services administers and supervises programming and staff to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, accreditation requirements, CARF standards, contract and licensure requirements.
Identify strengths, areas that need improvement and implement changes to improve quality of services and operational efficiencies.
Ensure organization targets are met and ensure that staff are adequately trained to meet program expectations.
Manage, develop and effectively deploy work force to meet objectives, priorities and performance standards, within available resources.
Perform other functions as needed to support the Chief Clinical Officer.
Is a participating member of the Leadership Team of PRS.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provide clinical, administrative and managerial supervision to Clinical Supervisors and other assigned staff.
Direct and oversee the coordination, development and operation of evidenced based or best practices in skill building services.
Determine the staffing needs for the Community Support program; oversee individuals hired and/or terminated, evaluated, as well as any corrective action proposed for Community Support staff.
Coordinate with referral sources, managed care organizations and coordinate admissions to the Community Support Service.
Ensure that service utilization is evaluated, consistently addressed and within contractual obligations outlined in the CSB contracts or other grant funded projects.
Oversee Community Support budget preparation and ensure that the program generates expected revenue and operates within budgeted resources.
Make recommendations to supervisor to address required resources, work flow and/or targets not being met.
Provide direct service, as needed, in program.
Carry caseload as determined by program need.
Serve as agency representative on internal work groups, community-based committees and public forums relevant to assigned projects.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling or related field, with significant work experience.
Licensed Mental Health professional preferred.
LMHP-R or LMHP-S required.
Progressively responsible experience working with seriously mentally ill in behavioral health services.
Demonstrate mastery of primary counseling skills, including active listening, validation, open ended questions, values clarification, and empathy skills.
Self-starter; ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and well organized.
Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in computer procedures relevant to this position.
High degree of empathy toward the clients we serve.

EXPECTATIONS REGARDING QUALITY OF WORK:
Demonstrate understanding of and ensures implementation of evidenced-based practice and best practices.
Provide support to staff in their development of pertinent diagnostic, clinical information and interventions provided.
Identify staff development needs through supervision of employees.
Provide support/guidance to staff in meeting the program's goals and objectives.
Identify and coordinate the implementation of programmatic changes for clients to address recovery issues.
Ensure regular, timely and candid feedback (positive and corrective) around work performance is provided to staff and that annual performance evaluations are completed.

Support growth of program through marketing, community representation and other methods as required.
Respond to staff and client concerns/questions in a timely fashion.
Review and evaluate outcome measures on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure that performance standards meet program goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve outcome measures when outcomes are not meeting targets.
Provide at least bi-weekly (semi-monthly) supervision to staff.
Releases of information will be signed prior to expiration.
Demographic data will be updated as information is given.
Weekly review the BI report and check that Credible calendar reflects documentation and deadlines.
Perform clinical records reviews per agency policy and as directed by supervisor.
Provide coverage for direct service when short staffed or staff on leave to ensure billing targets are met for the program.
Ensure quality and conduct regular review audits utilizing the BI report to ensure clinical documentation meets all appropriate organizational policies, timelines and procedures.
Ensure that program is prepared for licensure, Medicaid, CARF, and all other applicable inspections or reviews.
Ensure that staff is trained and capable to do their job and meet performance standards by setting clear goals, responsibilities and priorities for staff and program.
Assist with writing grant proposals relevant to program needs as assigned.
Provide timely and regular supervision to include candid feedback around performance and to promote professional growth.
Serve on Clinical Team for PRS.
Demonstrate flexibility in performance of duties as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
