Basic Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
Also requires 8
years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
All contract work must be performed within our GDMS facility located in Oakton, Virginia.

In this position, you will work as the primary configuration management and DevOps engineer on a team of engineers supporting the development, maintenance, and operations of a high-performance operational data warehouse system in a classified environment.

A Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, a related specialized area or field, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience The ideal candidate will have experience with:
Software Configuration management, change management, and version control Software release management Configuration management systems Setting up tools and required infrastructure Monitoring processes during software development lifecycle for adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement Software scripting such as bash, python, or similar Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems Agile and DevOps Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible Developing configuration management and other program documentation Software development tools and methodologies What sets you apart:

USD $129,500.
